Nestling in the gap of the Chilterns, approximately 5 miles south of Aylesbury, Wendover is a delightful small market town, the centre of which has remained essentially unchanged for many years.

The focal point of the town is the clock tower built in 1842 and used now as the local Tourist Information Centre. Other notable buildings include the Coldharbour Cottages on Tring Road and the Red Lion Inn. The scenery from nearby Coombe Hill and the Wendover Woods is some of the finest in the Aylesbury Vale, offering magnificent views of the Chilterns.
