Stroll through The Lanes with its maze of charming alleys and passages. Turn off the beaten track - not all of Brighton & Hove's charms are on the tourist map.

Or just relax and be entertained; we offer top-class arts and entertainment from around the world with more than a dozen nightclubs, countless live music bars, three smart casinos, pub theatres and cabaret, 19 cinema screens and several theatres, not to mention our world-famous Brighton International Arts Festival.

If your taste is for the finer things in life, you'll love the Big Resort! With its incredible, mouthwatering variety of food, its great drinking spots - we have over 400 restaurants, hundreds of pubs, bars, cafes and coffee houses - and the best shopping in the South outside central London; we're a veritable cornucopia for bon-viveurs.

And if you feel the urge to work off those extra pounds, we're the unchallenged Sports Resort if the South, with an exhausting choice of leisure facilities; we regularly host sporting world championships and international teams and sports stars are regular visitors.
